How quickly can my first email go out?
Usually within five working days of us receiving your list and your brief or artwork. A conversion from your own artwork is quicker than a full design.
Why is there no monthly fee?
Most email tools charge every month for every contact you store, whether you send or not. We charge for the work and the emails sent, so if you only mail a few times a year, you only pay a few times a year.
Isn't a do-it-yourself tool cheaper?
Per email, yes. If you have the time and skills to clean lists, build emails that work in every inbox and keep an eye on deliverability, a self-serve tool is a good choice. GoSEND Lite is for people who'd rather hand it over.
What happens to my list?
It's used only to send your campaigns. It's never shared, sold or used by anyone else. Email is sent through Amazon's email service from its Ireland data centre. Ask us for our data processing terms.
What do I get in the reports?
Opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes for every campaign, and a login so you can see them whenever you like.
I'm an agency. How does partnering work?
Refer clients to us and earn a commission, or resell GoSEND Lite under your own name at a trade rate. Get in touch and we'll send the partner terms.
Is this the new GoSEND?
GoSEND Lite is our managed service, running now. The full GoSEND email and automation platform is being built, and GoSEND Lite clients will be the first to move onto it.
