Whilst you are more than welcome to take up our enterprise-grade, managed web hosting and management services from as little as £19.99 per month, you are free to have your website packaged up for you to host on your existing infrastructure or pass to your current providers or in-house teams with NO obligation.
The only restrictions are with any included GoHUB Modules/Plugins as these are owned and managed by Ammedia Digital and are not licensed for duplication or modification in any way.
If you select our Managed Hosting solutions, you can cancel your subscription and services after 12 months by providing at least one months written notice.
Our process is simple and designed to take away the stresses and burden of managing a new website project - as we project manage the entire build for you.
Once you have signed up, you'll be contacted by your GoONLINE Account Manager to book in an onboarding/kick-off video call. During this call, we'll ask you a number of questions to understand your needs and requirements and work with you to define a project specification and brief. We'll then send you the specification and brief along with your contract for signing. Once signed, you'll receive your road map complete with project timeline and information on the content elements you need to gather and we'll be underway.
Along with regular sign-off stages during the process, you'll be given regular updates and access to the build where you can check-in and be confident things are progressing nicely. And if in doubt, your GoONLINE Account Manager will only be a phone call or email/DM away!
