How long does it take to build my website?

Our GoHUB packages can usually be set-up and operational within one business day subject to domain registrations and pointing.

Larger packages can take a little longer and can be up to 5 working days provided you have all your content, images and photographs, logos and links ready to go. However, you should receive Editor access within 2 business days so you can input the content as and when you want.

GoONLINE custom packages can take up to 20 working days depending on the complexity of your specific requirements and design ideas. In any case, you will be given a GoLIVE date within 24 hours of sign-up.

Will my website look the same as everyone else on the same package?

Each package has the choice of 3, completely different design Themes but each element of your site can be further customised. So by having different colours, backgrounds, images and layout positioning, each website looks different to the next.

Of course, if you'd prefer a fully bespoke design, our GoONLINE solution would be best suited to you. However if that's not an option and you don't like our existing design layouts, contact us and let's see if we can put something together to suit.

Can you look after my website for me?

We can look after any GoHUB or GoONLINE solution to suit your update frequency and budget. Contact us for a specific quote.

Can I upgrade my package?

Absolutely - and at any time. Once you've purchased a package, you've paid for the initial set-up and customisation with only a monthly fee to cover the technical requirements of hosting your website on the Internet.

So even if your circumstances change and you need a bigger website after only a few days, you can upgrade at any time at the rate of the new package.

Can I cancel my package?

Of course. But we do ask for at least 30 days notice in line with your monthly subscription so we can clear everything down successfully.

Can I self-host or take my website elsewhere?

With our GoHUB solutions, this is not possible. We've streamlined and centralised our platforms in order to keep the costs as low and affordable as possible.

However, our fully custom GoONLINE solutions CAN be self-hosted, or taken elsewhere for management once they've been built and signed off.

What's the process once I've signed up?

Our process is simple. Once you've signed up you'll be presented with a form to give us some basic information such as your brand name, domain address (if you have one), a link to upload any logos, content and images and you'll be given the opportunity to tell us some websites you like (that fit your vibe and brand style) as well as some you don't like.

Once submitted to us, we'll begin the process of putting your site together with your supplied content and design it to match your style preferences. We'll then send you a link so you can review the site, test it out and let us know of any changes or tweaks you'd like to make. Then once you're happy, you'll sign the build off and your website will GoLIVE shortly after. Your monthly subscription will then begin from the date your website goes live and be charged on that day every month until you no longer require the website or upgrade.
