You can send as little or as many as you like (up to 100,000 per calendar month) - just remember our pricing starts at £6.00 per 1,000, so anything less than 1,000 will still be charged at a minimum of £6.00.

We use our own services, so know how frustrating it can be when you start segmenting or targeting your databases and email contact lists, and how quickly you can hit these limits forcing you to 'upgrade' to the next package. We like to keep things simple, so right now, there is NO charge OR limits for the number of lists you have, nor the total number of email subscribers you have.

Yes we are. And our service enables you to choose from single or double-opt-in subscription forms that you can embed directly in your websites and other third party applications.

We certainly can. Our 'Artwork-to-Template' service is designed exactly for that. Simply send us you artwork and we'll take care of the rest, ensuring you receive a draft email to make sure you're happy before it's sent out to your customers.

You can - however our Lite platform does not have a 'drag-and-drop' facility, so you'd need to know and be able to create email-specific HTML code to copy and paste into the platform.

Absolutely. We schedule every campaign, so you can send as and when you need to.

No. We can configured your custom domain with you or your domain/DNS provider so every email you send is received from YOUR brand and domain. We will even configure the "Reply-To" address to whatever email address works best for you.

GoSEND Lite includes basic reporting to highlight, and provides email address list for every recipient who has opened, clicked a link (including what link and how many times), which email addresses have bounced, who's unsubscribed and who's reported your email as "spam".

We do note however, that 'Open Rates' can only be estimated and the number you will see is the MINIMUM amount. No inflated figures here, you see exactly what we can CONFIRM. With the way email tracking works, this number is the least accurate across ANY email marketing provider.

The GoSEND Lite service is a semi-managed service, enabling us to guide you through the pros and cons of email marketing and make sure your campaigns hit straight out-of-the-box. To maintain our high-standards of customer service, every customer is assigned their own Account Manager (who may even be a Company Director) to not only ensure we are providing the best possible service, but we are providing solutions that meet your needs and requirements.

To do this, after you complete the short form below, we'll review your information and reach out to introduce ourselves, discuss your campaign and requirements, providing any other options and guide you through the rest of the process. This telephone call shouldn't last more than 10-20 minutes.
