Our GoHUB Team package is usually be set-up and operational within 10-14 business days subject to domain registrations and pointing.
You can choose from one of three, professional grade design themes, built specifically and exclusively to our GoHUB Team package.
Each theme can be fully customised including colours, background, layout and positioning, fonts and font sizes and more to ensure each website looks completely different and is bespoke to you and your brand. We're also updating and creating new themes all the time - and each one is backwards compatible meaning you can refresh or update your website design, whenever you want! These themes differ from our GoHUB Kickstart, Lite and Pro packages too and are tailored for use by record labels, management companies, agencies and brands.
Absolutely! You can upgrade from our entry-level GoHUB Kickstart package or GoHUB Lite and Pro packages at any time! And if you need to take your website to the next level, you can upgrade to our fully bespoke GoONLINE solution at any time too!
You can cancel your GoHUB Team subscription at any time. Any outstanding subscription periods and/or payments will remain valid and calculated at the time of cancellation.
To keep the costs low for our GoHUB solutions, we've streamlined and centralised our platforms which means it's not possible to self-host your own website, or take your site to an alternative provider.
If you'd like a website you can fully control or self-host, our fully custom GoONLINE solutions are more suited to you.
Our process is simple. Once you've signed up you'll be presented with a form to give us some basic information such as your brand name, domain address (if you have one), a link to upload any logos, content and images and you'll be given the opportunity to tell us some websites you like (that fit your vibe and brand style) as well as some you don't like.
Once submitted to us, we'll begin the process of putting your site together with your supplied content and design it to match your style preferences. We'll then send you a link so you can review the site, test it out and let us know of any changes or tweaks you'd like to make. Then once you're happy, you'll sign the build off and your website will GoLIVE shortly after. Your monthly subscription will then begin from the date your website goes live and be charged on that day every month until you no longer require the website or upgrade.
